How do I cancel my subscription?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the subscription on your behalf. But you can easily cancel by checking out our guide.

My status is inactive but I paid for a subscription?

  1. Make sure that your billing info is up-to-date and the most recent payment to Playbook was successful.
  2. Navigate to the Profile tab (bottom right) and select Restore option under Subscription.

What does Restore mean?

Inside the Profile tab, the Restore option is useful if you replace your phone and need to transfer your Playbook subscription to your new phone or if your subscription status is Inactive yet you’ve paid for the next payment period. You won’t be charged if you press Restore.

How do I find the right Partner?

  1. Navigate to Discovery tab (bottom left) and browse by Partner or workout. You can learn more about each Partner in the About section of their channel.
  2. Inside Discovery, select the search icon 🔍 (top left) and select a bubble that matches your training preferences or their diet.

Can I message my Partner directly?

Yes. Partners love to hear from you! You can ask questions about exercises or diet, leave feedback on workouts and even make suggestions for what you want to see next!

Note: Partners may not be able to respond to all messages so be sure to give them a shout-out on Instagram for a faster reply.

How do I download workouts?

  1. Make sure you are connected to the Internet and have enough space on your iPhone.
  2. Navigate to the Workout Summary page of a workout and select Offline use. That will trigger the download to start.
  3. Once finished downloading, select Start Workout and you will now have access to the workout videos anytime, anywhere.

Note: Certain workouts cannot be downloaded and are streamed instead.

How do I delete my account?

Playbook does not create an account for you. The app uses Facebook and email login for verification only. Email support@playbookapp.io if you would like to be removed from all future email correspondence.

App Store Problems

Please attempt the following:
  1. Try to Restore your purchase.
  2. Check that mobile data is enabled specifically for the Playbook app, iTunes store, and App Store, within your iOS device settings.
  3. Sign out of your Apple ID, and sign back in again.
  4. Make sure you have the most up to date iOS and Playbook app version.

Cannot Make Payments

Please attempt the following:
  1. Make sure your billing info is up-to-date and there are no outstanding payments. See this guide for more information.
