Intro: Once you have the exercises/content in your library, Playbook is very easy to use. With a full library, you can publish content in 1-2 minutes. The key is outlining and capturing everything you'll need upfront.
Step 1 - Make a list of the exercises you do/ content you want to create
Open Word or Google docs (or a notepad) and make a quick bulleted list of what you need to film.
Step 2 - Make a plan to capture the videos with your iPhone
Filming can be done quicker than you think. For the app, if not yoga or meditation, you only need 3-4 reps of an exercise. 3-4 reps is about 15-20 seconds.
Step 3 - Add the videos to your library
Add a brief title and basic description
Step 4 - Put the workouts together & add intro videos

Step 5 - Give your audience a great week!
You can go live with 2-3 workouts if you would like. We recommend going live with a week + 1 free. A week is normally 4-5 workouts. This way, your audience gets a 7 day free trial and they feel good about converting to paid. You'll want to make sure to add 1-2 new workouts when you get going.
