Billing & Subscriptions

Automatic Renewal

To ensure uninterrupted access, subscriptions purchased through Playbook renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Pricing

Subscription prices are set by individual Creators. The price and billing frequency (monthly, annual, or other options) will be displayed at the time you subscribe.

Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third-party providers, including Stripe, Apple In-App Purchases, and Google Play Billing, depending on your device and purchase method.

Billing Timing

Your payment method will be charged at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access until that time.

• If you subscribed through Apple, you must manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.
• If you subscribed through Google Play, you must manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play subscription settings.
• If you subscribed through Playbook on the web, you may manage or cancel your subscription through your Playbook account settings.

Refunds

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Refund eligibility may also depend on the policies of Apple or Google for purchases processed through their platforms.
